Magnolia House, the centrepiece of BBA’s property portfolio, with its lofty ceilings, grand but informal open plan layout and super stylish interiors, used to be the home of Taliah and Sein Lowry – Founders of Byron Beach Abodes – and their family of three boys plus one very loveable Golden Retriever, Mango Rose.  And now it’s available to rent all year round as a luxurious getaway for larger groups or families, with the Lowry family having moved on to their next private project nearby.

Magnolia House, which sits right in the heart of Byron Bay’s golden grid, has everything you could possibly need for the perfect Byron escape.  There are lots of spaces for children and parents to join together or disappear into as well as four luxurious bedrooms, multiple living areas, a media room and study and an extensive outdoor entertaining area with manicured lawns leading to a sparkling pool and spa. There’s Apple TV, Wi-Fi, off-street undercover parking and much, much more. It’s your own little slice of paradise and an easy stroll to the main street of Byron and Clarke’s Beach.  And you can just about smell the coffee from Byron’s iconic Top Shop which is only a 60 second stroll up the hill.  It’s a must-do start to the day and to revisit more then once, with Top Shop’s daily changing menu of scrumptious goodies made from the freshest of local produce, almost irresistible.
